Educational Requirements : Masters or MBA in HRM from any reputed institute/ University.
Job Location : Gazipur
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Must have experience in Textile Industry.
  2. Prepare, update and implement HR Policy and Job description of employees.
  3. Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
  4. Organizing ACR.
  5. Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Development.
  6. Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues,Disciplinary issues.
  7. Deal with all other HR related issues.
  8. Follow up compliance related task as well.
  9. Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors.
  10. Sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law and ILO Convention relevant to Garments sector.
  11. Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
  12. Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
  13. Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits.
  14. Monitor Supervise & Coordinate all administrative, transport & overall logistics issue as per group policy.
  15. Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
  16. Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
  17. Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures.
  18. Initiate any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Age at least 35 years
  2. Only males are allowed to apply
  3. Retired Army officer (Lt. Col/Col) with intelligence background are encouraged to apply.
  4. Priority for those who were involved with Textile.
  5. Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara,Gazipur .
  6. Excellent communication skill.
